Worked on machine-learning features for HR and compliance products, with a focus on explaining model behaviour to non-expert users and keeping systems reliable in production. The main deliverable was AI support inside Megasoft's HR management system. In September 2023, I was assigned the Quantum-AI Compliance and Regulatory Navigator, a scoped project for a compliance system reading finance and HR data against a regulatory database for producing risk assessment reports, predictive alerts and a compliance timeline. Both projects are described on Key Projects.
